We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paperwrld purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have any issues, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

A photo of the packaging it arrived in.
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for a General Return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwritten in, and with any original tags or seals intact.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: To start any return, please email us at info@paperwrld.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: Once you have the authorization, please ship the item back to us.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Please note the following:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For general returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift Cards: Non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase.

Special Orders or personalized items.

Items damaged through customer abuse or improper handling.

Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please follow the process outlined under "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items."
Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once you have shipped the product, please email us a photo of the shipping receipt with the tracking number. This helps us process your return more efficiently.
