Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with your PAPERWRLD purchase, please contact us immediately by email.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unutilized, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@paperwrld.com for Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms
- If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately, including a picture of the packaging of your order with the faulty item and your order confirmation, within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
- You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
- Items that have been in contact with any food product cannot be returned.
- Products damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Original shipping charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Special orders cannot be returned.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.

Gift Card
PaperWrld gift cards can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if the transaction was made in error. To request a refund, please contact us immediately at info@paperwrld.com. If 24 hours have passed since the purchase, the gift card becomes a non-refundable product.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@paperwrld.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@paperwrld.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning a product, use tracked shipping to simplify the refund process. Once you have shipped the product, send us the receipt photo with the tracking number. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
